When arriving at the for a treatment please do not go to the front door, as I won’t be able to hear it, and you may be greeted my overexcited toddler 🙂
My clinic room is now the drive to the side of my house, there is a chameleon acupuncture & wellness sign at the end of the drive and on the door of the clinic.
I’m located on the Hawkesyard estate, off the Rugeley road (A513)…
Once on the estate follow the main road (Priory Ave), take the 2nd left (St Thomas way), follow St Thomas way all the way round, you will go pass middle croft on the left, Horseley croft is the next left, and number 8 is on the Right.
Opening Hours and Pre-booking
The clinic is open Monday to Friday and operates on an appointment only basis.
Chameleon Acupuncture has two parking spots, one on the drive, and there is a bay at the front of the house.
Arriving Early and Waiting
Unfortunately I don’t have a waiting room – if you arrive early, I’m really sorry to say you’ll need to wait outside.
Bring an umbrella if it’s raining!
Everything that you tell me is kept in the utmost confidence; even the fact that you attend for treatment. This is part of the British Acupuncture Council’s Code of Practice.
The only exceptions to this rule are:
(i) if you have an undiagnosed Notifiable Infectious Disease, or
(ii) if I have good reason to believe that you may present a danger to yourself and/or others. In both cases, I may inform your GP.
Everything else is kept entirely and always confidential (including from members of your family) unless I have your explicit consent otherwise.

I keep my prices low by avoiding unnecessary admin… so please be aware that if you’re (very) late, don’t show up, or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, I won’t normally be able to refund your treatment fee. Please read on for further details.
I ask that you give me at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows me to offer your appointment slot to someone else.
If you give me less than 24 hours’ notice for a cancellation, it’s generally not possible to offer your appointment time to someone else, and therefore I won’t normally be able to refund your treatment fee.
You can cancel an appointment in a number of ways by calling me on 0773 4862456. If I can’t answer, leave me a message – I’ll take the time of your message as your cancellation time.
If you booked via the online booking system you can cancel/reschedule via the link on the booking conformation.

Should you find that you are running a little late for whatever reason, don’t worry, a treatment is still possible. However, if more than 15 minutes has lapsed then a reschedule will be at the discretion of the practitioner. In either event, a fee to the value of the treatment, at that time, will be charged.
As a matter of courtesy, you will be called 10 minutes into your treatment time to see if all is ok.
If you don’t attend your treatment, I won’t normally be able to refund your treatment fee.
